Affiliate membership is open to those who are interested in logistics and transport, but who may not, for a variety of reasons, either qualify for, or aspire to, higher grades of membership.

This grade offers you instant access to all the benefits of membership – except voting rights, designatory letters after your name and access to parts of The Knowledge Bank* – without the hassle of filling in forms or providing proof of qualifications or experience.

Once you join the Institute as an Affiliate member, there are plenty of opportunities for you to work your way up through the various membership grades, which we will encourage and help you to do.

The Business Source Corporate Database – a fantastic research tool with over 7,000 journals in full text format – is only available to Students, Members (MILT), Chartered Members (CMILT) and Fellows (FCILT).
