Annual Awards for Excellence FAQ
Can anyone within my organisation make an entry?
- Yes! The Proposer is likely to be a line manager; head of function or anyone who is in a position to recognise the quality of entry.
Do I need to be a member of CILT to make an entry?
- No, you do not need to be an individual, or corporate, member of CILT to make an entry.
Can our organisation enter more than one category?
- Yes, you may enter as many projects as you wish, but individual projects may not be entered in more than 1 category.
Can European projects be entered?
- Nominations will be accepted from UK-based organisations/individuals. Entries from other European countries will be considered if they have a significant UK content.
Do we need to use a separate entry form for Young Manager entries?
- No, please use the separately shaded box on the entry form.
Do we need to use a separate entry form for Journalist of the Year entries?
- Yes, please contact Allison Glandfield for an entry form.
Is there a cost to enter the Annual Awards for Excellence 2009?
- No, there is no charge to enter the Awards.
Will my entry remain confidential?
- Entries will be treated in the strictest confidence; neither individual judges nor the Institute will reveal details of the entries. Any concerns regarding specific information or data, please contact Allison Glandfield.
