The winners have been announced!

The CILT(UK)'s Awards for Excellence have raised the bar for excellence by recognising outstanding achievements in logistics and transport and by encouraging organisations and individuals to strive towards the highest possible standards.

Widely acclaimed by the press and business community, the Awards are a celebration of the pioneering spirit that forges growth and leadership in the industry. Whether your organisation is an international giant or a small company, CILT(UK) believes that exceptional performances should be highlighted and applauded.

Finalists were invited to a Gala Dinner on Thursday 20th October 2011 at which the winners were announced and the awards presented. Held at one of London's premier venues - the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square - this popular event was attended by finalists, sponsors, members and their guests and was one of the best networking opportunities of the year. This year's dinner was a sell out!

The importance of winning an award cannot be underestimated - in these uncertain economic times, organisations need to maximise their appeal and boost their profile - what better way than being nominated as a finalist in the Institute's awards.
