The Institute's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme is all about helping you to progress throughout your career and offering advice and direction to support your professional development.
CPD is: 'The systematic maintenance and improvement of knowledge, skills and competence throughout a professional's working life.'
The Institute’s voluntary CPD scheme helps you to plan and record your professional progress as a record for potential employers. You will need to provide evidence of your experience by submitting a CV together with a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) plan
