Finding bespoke solutions to unique logistical problems and implementing improved operations gives a high degree of job satisfaction. You also work with front-line operators so your solutions have to work. With a small team of consultants, I helped to develop a road/rail distribution centre in London using unique software. I have also worked overseas as a consultant with Slovak Post to help them improve their mail handling processes."
