CILT(UK) 'Diploma' and 'Certificate' Student of the Year

The CILT(UK) Annual Awards for Excellence aim to recognise achievements, encourage the highest standards and take a professional approach to the practice of Logistics and Transport. The Awards are a way of identifying those individuals whose performance has been outstanding. By nominating your student for this prestigious award, you will highlight the support and dedication provided to those studying through your learning Centre.
As a winning centre you will be entitled to the following:
- A centre representative to attend the awards dinner - one of the best networking events of the year at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square London.
- An article published in the Focus magazine covering your centre and your winning student!
Two students who have successfully completed one of the qualifications listed below, between July 2008 and June 2009, will be awarded Student of the Year.
- CILT(UK) Introductory Certificate in Logistics and Transport
- CILT(UK) Certificate in Logistics and Transport
- CILT(UK) Professional Diploma in Logistics and Transport
- CILT(UK) Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport
The Certificate award is open to students who have completed either the Level 2 Introductory Certificate or the Level 3 Certificate. The Diploma award is open to students who have completed either the Level 5 Professional Diploma or Level 6 Advanced Diploma.
Centres can download the nomination form by clicking here, please note that students must be nominated by their study Centre. All nominations and supporting documentation needs to be submitted by Friday 28th May 2010, please see below for information on the supporting documentation required for each student who is nominated.
Supporting documentation:
- A relevant part of the candidate's work to support this nomination (please do not send any other modules).
- An A4 size, single-spaced, summary that explains why the student has been nominated by the training centre, what makes the student stand out from other students and any other information that might be relevant to their nomination.
Additional supporting information, again A4 size, single-spaced, may be provided by the student's employer.
