CILT(UK) Diploma Student of the Year
The CILT(UK) Student of the Year awards are awarded to an CILT(UK) logistics student who has successfully completed their studies for the 'CILT(UK) Certificate in Logistics', 'CILT(UK) Diploma in Logistics' or 'CILT(UK) Advanced Diploma in Logistics' between 1st July 2007 and 30th June 2008.
WINNER Level 5 Diploma: Anthony Hall, Kuehne & Nagel Ltd
The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Student of the Year, Level 5 Professional Diploma in Logistics and Transport 2008
Anthony Hall was nominated for the Institute's Student of the Year Professional Diploma in Logistics and Transport 2008 Award by his employer, Kuehne & Nagel.
Kuehne & Nagel commented that Anthony has impressed both his managers and his colleagues by the way he has committed himself to his studies at the same time as having the demanding role as a Key Account Co-ordinator in the Oil and Energy Division.
It has been noted by Kuehne & Nagel that completing the Diploma course has contributed to Anthony's growing maturity and self-confidence and it has been apparent that Anthony has been diligent in applying the benefits of the programme to his daily work. His personal growth will only serve to enhance his future career.
The programme assessor commented that Anthony is an excellent example of a new entrant to logistics with a strong desire to learn.
