Frank Nigriello from Unipart has worked in several international blue chip companies in a wide variety of professional and senior management roles and as a consultant.  Frank used his vast experience of leading and developing teams to illustrate how to take control of your own career development and make that career change happen for you.

Stephen Ely presented on how recruitment really works.  Stephen specialises in purchasing, supply chain and facilities management recruitment.  Stephen started his career in transport and has a wealth of experience including setting up the supply chain for Coca-Cola in UAE, and then in Sudan.

Leigh Anderson from Woodman Scott Recruitment Consultants presented on ‘Changing jobs - how to survive & succeed' which covered CV essentials, interpreting job advertisements, changing direction, making yourself wanted, how to get to the top and stay there and career health checks.

Elizabeth Solaru from Rockpools did a highly interactive session on Networking entitled 'Effective Networking in the 21st Century'
