The Logistics Research Network Conference 2012 is seeking Sponsors for this high profile event which bridges the gap between academia and practitioners.  The 17th Annual Conference of the LRN is being hosted by Cranfield University.    

The event will feature a range of presented papers from 30 countries and offers both members and non-members alike a unique opportunity to discuss research results, current practice and new ideas in the fields of supply chain management, logistics and transport as well as excellent opportunities to network throughout the three days.

The opportunities available are as follows:

PhD Award 2012 - The James Cooper Memorial Cup

If accepted, the extent of sponsorship from your organisation would be £750 plus VAT for the sponsorship of presenting the 2012 PhD Award.  In return for this The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) would provide:

• Use of logo on all correspondence relating to the award
• Use of logo on all correspondence related to the LRN Conference
• One place at the LRN Conference including the Conference Dinner on 6th September
• Your company logo and URL on the home page of the official LRN Conference website
• A pop-up stand and table in the lunch and refreshment area of the Conference
• Inclusion of an agreed flyer in the delegate conference pack
• Use of name and a minimum of one photograph in subsequent articles on the LRN Conference and Academic Awards in Logistics & Transport Focus*.

4 x PhD Sponsored Places 

If accepted, the extent of sponsorship from your organisation would be £3,000 plus VAT for the sponsorship of the four free places available, to include entrance into the PhD Workshop, main conference and accommodation. 

In return for this CILT(UK) would provide:

• Use of your company logo on material relating to the PhD Workshop and Conference
• Use of logo on all correspondence relating to the PhD Workshop
• One place at the LRN Conference including the Conference Dinner on Thursday 6th September 2012
• Use of name in subsequent articles on the PhD Workshop in Logistics & Transport Focus*.
• Use of logo and URL to be on home page of Official LRN Conference website
• Space for pop-up stand and table in the lunch and refreshment area of the Conference
• Inclusion of an agreed flyer in the Conference Pack
• Your company details included in all mailings to Membership concerning the Conference

Exhibition Stand with Conference Break-Out Area, Wednesday 5th to Friday 7th September 2012

If accepted, the extent of sponsorship from your company would be £800 plus VAT for the sponsorship of exhibition space at the Conference.

In return for this CILT(UK) would provide:

• Use of a Pop-up stand and table in the lunch and refreshment area
• Lunch for one person on 5th, 6th and 7th September within the conference break-out area where delegates will gather for lunch and coffee breaks
• One place at the Conference Dinner on the evening of Thursday 6th September 2012
• Use of logo and URL to be on home page of Official LRN Conference website

Flyer in Conference Delegate Pack

If accepted, the extent of sponsorship from your company would be £250 plus VAT for a flyer in the Conference Delegate Pack.    

• One sheet A4 paper (single or double sided) to be included in the delegate pack for the conference

*ABC Figure for 2009 - 2010 is 16,267  (Total Average Net Monthly Circulation)
