Make the most of your membership...
- FREE access to the John Williams Library, the Knowledge Bank and the London Reading Room
- FREE loan of library materials. Four books and/or four items of audio-visual material can be borrowed at any time for up to four weeks
- FREE reservation of library material on loan to other members
- FREE use of the Information Service by fax, post, email or telephone - it is helpful to present detailed enquiries in written form
- Photocopies: there is a nominal charge
Note: All enquiries are dealt with in order and members should allow at least three working days for a reply. More complex enquiries may necessitate a visit to the library in person. There is a charge for photocopying for an enquiry undertaken by The Knowledge Centre staff and an administration fee. Charges given on request.
FINES are payable on all overdue loans.
