Payment of Charges

• All information services, library visits and photocopying charges must be pre-paid
• Cheques to be made payable to: CILT(UK)
• Invoices cannot be raised for the enquiry search, photocopying or library visit fees

Note: Pre-payment of the information service fee does not guarantee extensive lists of reading material. While we will try our utmost to undertake basic research with the material available in the libraries, results cannot be guaranteed. Similarly, pre-payment of the John Williams Library visit fee does not guarantee that information will be located. Neither fee is refundable.
