Influencing Policies
Transport Policies
The Institute makes an active and influential contribution to Government policy by publishing reports, papers and submissions, recommending practical solutions to short-term problems and longer term opportunities. The objective is to promote excellence in logistics and transport.
Members of the Institute are encouraged to comment on logistics and transport issues and can do so through the Public Policies Committee.
Visit our Institute Policies section for more information.
Logistics Directors Forum
Membership - which is by personal invitation only - is limited to 150, and is carefully managed to maintain a balance between users, providers and influencers. This promotes healthy debate and ensures a broad spectrum of views from across the professions. Reports from these discussions are featured in the Institute's Journal – ‘Logistics & Transport Focus’ - for the benefit of the Forum and other Institute members.
