• To understand and monitor the development of the postal supply chain in a liberated (non monopoly) environment.
• To understand and monitor the emergence of different operational models.
• To share best practice and consider the development of postal services innovation.
• To appreciate and assess the wider business impact of a liberalised postal market

Forum objectives

• To identify relevant case studies from different sectors
• To understand the (whole) supply chain/value stream, focused on the last mile
• To capture and share knowledge/best practice
• To act as a 'sounding board' to sense-check proposals and gain feedback from peers
