Professional Sectors & Forums - Logistics Safety
Promoting best practice in health and safety…
The Logistics Safety Forum comprises a group of Warehousing & Logistics professionals who meet regularly to discuss best practice in all aspects of health and safety related to Logistics. Meetings are held at various regional locations and past speakers have presented on such subjects as:- “Managing Occupational Road Risk” “Warehouse Racking Collapses” “Fork Truck Safety” “Workplace Transport” “ Driving at Work” etc. Future events planned include “H&S Management of Foreign Workers”; “Working at Height on Vehicles”; “ Behavioral Safety”; “ New Driver Training Assessment”; “ Manual Handling”; “Slips & Trips”; “Alcohol and drugs policies”; and “RIDDOR”. The Logistics Safety Forum welcome involvement & participation from anyone with an interest in any field of Logistics Safety.

- Benchmarking Motor Fleet Safety - Normally our fleet safety benchmaking program is open only to VFRM users and Brake Corporate Partners, but we are willing to also make it open to any LSF member operating more than 50 vehicles.
