CILT / PTRC Certificate in Traffic and Transport

This qualification introduces students to the key components of transport planning. The Certificate will enable you to demonstrate your knowledge of traffic and transport planning in addition to the development of key skills that will help you to become the well-rounded professional required by employers.

It is intended for all recent entrants to the highways traffic and transport planning profession and those seeking professional recognition.

With many new entrants to the profession coming in from non-traditional backgrounds, it is particularly relevant for those new to the profession with degrees in non-transport-related subjects, as well as those with relevant first and second degrees who wish to obtain a professional qualification.

Candidates must attend the PTRC Evening Seminar Series in Traffic and Transport or sign on to the online version to enrol on the programme. The seminars, held over 20 weeks, take place in venues across the UK and in the Republic of Ireland. The series takes place twice a year.
