Russell Oakes, YP Merseyside and Warrington
Russell is currently studying Management, Transport and Logistics at Liverpool John Moors University, just embarking on the third and final year of the course. Groundwork for his dissertation involving Quality Contracts has taken him across the UK visiting all PTE areas.
Having been a member of the institute since 2006, Russell has been an active member of the Merseyside and Warrington committee, attending CILT events across the North West. As well as being the YP rep for Merseyside, Russell also sits on the North West Policy Committee.
Outside of Transport, Russell has worked at Liverpool Football Club serving home and away fans. Russell also has an interest in photographing the everyday street scenes of Merseyside and the North West.
