I've recently started working in a supply-chain or transport environment and would like to get a better understanding of the sector, what qualification would be best?

For those that are new to the sector and with few formal qualifications, in most cases it would probably be best to start with the CILT(UK) Level 2 Introductory Certificate.

If you have other work experience and are in a first-line manager role, then you should consider the CILT(UK) Level 3 Certificate.

If you have joined a company on a trainee management programme and have a first degree, then the CILT(UK) Level 5 Professional Diploma would be the most appropriate qualification.
