Lesley Parker

Lesley Parker is the Professional Development Manager at CILT and is the liaison point for the YPF within the Institute.  She works closely with the committee and other members to raise the profile of the YPF both within the Institute and the industry.

Lesley has been with the Institute for 5 years and as a key member of the PD team she actively promotes how membership of the Institute can support and guide individuals on their career journey.  She also works closely with corporates on their staff development programmes including graduate and professional development schemes.
