  2. Submit your claim via ELC here  - remember our provider number is 1415

  3. ELCAS will then check your eligibility for funding.

  4. Once authorised, email your Claim Authorisation Note (CAN) to us.

  5. You can then make your 20% personal contribution enabling you to begin your course
