Leaders in Supply Chain: Cyber Security In recent years technology has had a significant positive impact on logistics and the supply chain. A shipper can trace his shipment in real time from the moment it’s collected until the instant it’s delivered; inventory levels are updated from the second something is pulled off the rack; traffic managers know where every vehicle is in real time and much more. However, this electronic visibility has risks as well as rewards. The frequency of cyber-attacks has increased dramatically. Costco and Wal-Mart have had cyber-attacks which secured customers’ credit card details. The Angolan government’s system was shut down by cyber-attacks. Hospitals are being held for ransom by cyber attackers shutting down their systems. What are the threats in the supply chain of cyber-attacks, and what can be done to prevent them? The Leaders in Supply Chain (LISC) will address this issue. To book your place, please download the booking form here.
