GB Railfreight is a rail freight company that was the first new entrant into the privatised UK rail freight sector in 2000. Since then, the company has built a reliable, profitable and innovative business, thanks to an emphasis on five core principles: Safety, Professionalism, Empowerment, Trust and Enjoyment. The business consists of over 600, with a turnover in excess of £120m & one of the fastest growing companies on the railway. GBRf are part of the Eurotunnel Group (Europorte) since being acquired in 2010, this acquisition has led to growth in infrastructure and the purchase of 21 new locomotives.
