Post-COVID Supply Chain Survey

Following the Coronavirus pandemic, the CILT(UK) LogMark Benchmarking Club, has shared a survey looking at what supply chains will look in the future.
The responses have enabled us to produce the following report.

Driver Fatigue Report

In January 2020, the Institute invited logistics and transportation companies to take part in a short survey to gauge its members’ opinions and establish best practice, regarding driver mental health, stress and wellbeing. The survey was created following requests from a number of our LogMark and Corporate Members, who wanted to see the trends from other organisations in the sector. In 2019, stress, anxiety and depression caused 12.8 million lost working days in the UK alone. With so many working days lost, the Institute is aware of the huge impact this is having on the productivity of UK’s supply chains and transport networks. After collating the results of this survey, the Institute will create a series of recommendations to fleet operators, industry and government, in order to improve the situation for the drivers.
