PTRC News – TPM – What did the participants say?

01 August 2014/Categories: PTRC News

“A great opportunity for catching up with colleagues and peers in the industry and finding out about the latest technical developments”

“TPM is a great way to hear from fellow transport professionals about good work”

“As ever, a broad and fascinating range of topics covered. This is a 'must' in the training calendar and highly recommended for transport planners at any stage in their career”

“It was my first visit to the conference and found it a very worthwhile experience with a wide range of interesting topics, and I would certainly book again”

“TPM 2014 was a well organised and stimulating conference with engaging presenters and many pertinent topics for transport practitioners of all disciplines. It was a valuable opportunity to hear from decision makers, influencers and urban transport specialists”

This year’s Transport Practitioners’ Meeting was a roaring success, with over 150 delegates attending the two day event at the London Metropolitan University.  With keynote speeches from leading figures in the industry, nearly 50 papers presented at the conference and an inspirational awards dinner, it was a positive experience for all involved.  Everyone who provided feedback on the event said that they would like TPM to run again next year.  And it will! If there are any topics you think should be included in the call for papers this Autumn, please drop us a line.
