Breakfast networking event held by WILATME in Dubai.

WILATME (Women in Logistics and Transport Middle East) held their first business breakfast networking event at The Club, Dubai World Trade Centre Building, last week.

The event was sponsored by 3SC World, and was attended by more than 70 women in the field of Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport from all across the UAE and even Qatar.

The guests enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the opportunity to meet with new connections.

Sebnem Sen (centre), the first female Board Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UAE, and Nadia Abdul Aziz (right), chairperson of WILATME, officially presented Fatima Hassan with her WILATME Student Internship Award in affiliation with Heriot Watt University and INL (Integrated National Logistics).

"WILATME has inspired me truly and I am sure it will continue to do so for many others like me joining the logistics industry," said Ms Fatima Hassan.

The event was organised by Nadia Abdul Aziz (left), chairperson of WILATME, and Nicola McCart, vice chairperson of WILATME (right).
